Students receive comprehensive instruction in core subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies. In addition to these subjects, Brevard Catholic schools offer a variety of enrichment courses that complete their education. Enrichment courses include:
- Physical Education
- Computer Science
Middle school provides students with opportunities for advanced level coursework and high school credits. Melbourne Central Catholic High School offers advanced, Honors, and AP coursework as well as college courses (with college credits) for seniors through a partnership with Florida Institute of Technology. Our low student-to-teacher ratio allows students to have personalized and one-on-one instruction with teachers.
Our Catholic schools in Indialantic, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, and Titusville use the Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) to evaluate their students from kindergarten to eighth grade. Teachers use the test to tailor academic programs toward individual students. Students in Brevard Catholic schools consistently score high on state and national standards for the test.
